Went to the to The Manor again to see if the sea was any better than the Dip and to try and better my best hour time with the forecast only being 15 kts.With the gauge at 4 showing this but gusting to 18 I rigged 7.5 and went out on the Xantos.I was reaching out to Wadgate Post (just over a mile) and back :) things started well enough until half way in the wind increased big style but I battled on but my speeds suffered as I was overpowered and it was abit of a struggle staying upwind - perhaps the tide is stronger here or the sail was just too big.In the end I covered 20 n/miles in just over an hour which was good fun in the sunshine !!! Too knackered to change down and went to watch the many kiters/windsurfers out at the Dip with Steve C out on a 4.7 i think !!!!
